This trip includes
- The hotel/cruise accommodation for two people sharing one standard twin room/cabin with private facilities at all accommodation throughout the trip. If a participant would prefer to have their own room, this can be arranged at request at an additional cost.
- All meal arrangements are served in accordance to the itinerary.
- Any Admission fees to our destinations are included in your fees.
- Chinese government taxes and the city construction fees applicable to your travel.
- Travel Agency’s limited liability insurance with the tour inside China.
- Tips or gratuities for the hotel porters, guides and driver in each city.
This trip does NOT include
- The airfare of round trip tickets to and from Hong Kong/China.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, internet access, phone calls, postal and fax services, bar, massage expenses or overweight baggage charges.
- Entry visa fee.
Payment
- Full payment is due upon receiving your confirmation. The program cost does not include any potential banking fees that you may encounter. A confirmation letter issued by The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology will be sent to you via email within 5 working days after your application.
- A reservation for this program is not confirmed until payment is settled. By sending the payment, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment by Wire/Bank Transfer only.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- For any changes made prior to the start of the program, the client will enjoy our free change options. However, if in case there are any extra losses occurred due to the reservation changes, you are required to pay for this part.
- The cancellation fees are as follows
- 30+ days before the start date: Full refund.
- 20-29 days before the start date: 20% of program fees.
- 10-19 days before the start date: 50% of the program fees.
- 5-9 days before the start date: 70% of the program fees.
- Cancellation within 4 days of start date: No Refund.
- After the start of the program, any extra charges caused by the client’s change in plans may be added, including air cancellation fees, hotel cancellation penalties, etc. Unused portion from the trip are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- If the client cancels the trip due to personal or visa issue, the client must inform Interface Education by email. The scale of your refund will be considered upon receipt of your written request in accordance to Hong Kong date and time. All refunds to the client will be processed within 20 days of receipt of your cancellation. The refund only covers the program fee, but not includes visa application fee and air tickets involved.
- If we cancel a program or activity due to insufficient booking or circumstances beyond our control, we will do everything in our power to find an alternative for the client or grant a full refund. A full refund will constitute final settlement for the client; the Company shall not be held responsible for any expenses that may have incurred as a result of the client's booking.
Group Size
- ● Our groups vary in size from a minimum 10 people to a maximum of 30, with guaranteed departures, which provides our travelers a perfect combination between intimacy, flexibility and low price. We reserve the right to decline, to accept or to retain any person as a passenger should such person's health or mental condition or physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the trip or the rights or welfare or enjoyment of other passengers.
